Questions, billing, privacy or a complaint, here's who to write to. Every message to Kosh is read by a person.

## 01Support

For help with your account, statements, tax estimates or anything else in Kosh, email [contact@trykosh.com](mailto:contact@trykosh.com).

To help us help you faster, please:

-   write from the email address on your Kosh account;
-   tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened;
-   add a screenshot if it helps.

Please don't send statement passwords, OTPs, PINs or full card numbers. We will never ask for them.

## 02Billing

For questions about a charge, an invoice or a refund, email [contact@trykosh.com](mailto:contact@trykosh.com) with your invoice number. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also issues your invoices.

You can cancel anytime from _Settings -> Plan -> Manage subscription_. See our [Refunds and cancellation policy](/legal/refunds) for when refunds apply.

## 03Privacy requests

Most of your [privacy rights](/legal/privacy#rights) work straight from the app:

-   _Settings -> Download my data_ for a complete copy of what we hold.
-   Delete any statement from the Statements page.
-   _Settings -> Delete my account_ to erase everything within 30 days.

For anything else, such as a correction, nominating someone to act for you, or withdrawing consent, email [contact@trykosh.com](mailto:contact@trykosh.com). We respond within 15 days.

## 04Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about Kosh, including how we handle your personal data, our Grievance Officer will look into it personally. This role is set up under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
